What is Thunder Performance?

Thunder Performance is a men’s telehealth clinic specializing in hormone optimization, weight loss, sexual health, and longevity protocols. Founded by a Fire Department Captain with over a decade in emergency medicine, Thunder is built for active men who want to perform better, not a clinic that waits until something is broken to offer help.

What states do you operate in?

Thunder currently serves patients in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. We’re expanding quickly. If your state isn’t listed, join the waitlist, and we’ll notify you as soon as we’re live in your area.

Do I need lab work to get started?

Depends on the treatment. Hormone therapy (TRT, enclomiphene) and weight-loss protocols (tirzepatide, semaglutide) require bloodwork so your provider can build a protocol around your numbers. Longevity treatments (sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione, MIC B12) and sexual health medications (tadalafil, sildenafil) do not require labs.

How long does it take to start treatment?

Most men go from intake to treatment in under two weeks for protocols that require labs. For treatments that don’t require bloodwork, it can be even faster. Complete your forms, meet with a provider, and your protocol ships as soon as it’s prescribed.

Who are my providers?

Thunder’s clinical team is made up of licensed physician assistants (PAs) with experience in hormone therapy and men’s health. Every protocol is reviewed and managed by a licensed provider who monitors your labs, adjusts your dosing, and is available when you have questions.

Can I combine treatments?

Yes. Many Thunder members run stacked protocols. TRT with hCG for fertility. Sermorelin with NAD+ for recovery and longevity. Tirzepatide with MIC B12 for weight loss. Your provider helps you build a stack that fits your goals without unnecessary overlap.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies by treatment. All pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Check individual treatment pages for full details.

Do you accept insurance?

Thunder does not currently accept insurance. All protocols are paid out of pocket. The upside: no prior authorizations, no claim denials, and no insurance company deciding what your provider can prescribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime. Longer commitments (6 or 12 months) come with lower monthly pricing but are voluntary. No cancellation fees, no tricks.
